One of my personal goals is to be more aware of the mechanics of my posture–which involves the core. I’d love for everyone to join in, do what they can, focus on form, and strengthen ourselves TOGETHER. My aim is to offer discussion, ideas, advice and guidance to people out there who want accountability, positiveness, and a stronger core.
