Larissa Linton

Beach 2012

About Larissa:

I am a Mother of 5 wonderful children. In November of 2001, I lost my oldest daughter, Taylor, to leukemia. I had two other children at the time, age 2 and 11 months. I started training for a marathon through Team in Training to raise money for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society and to honor Taylor’s memory.  After completing the marathon, I continued my health and fitness journey.  I loved taking group fitness classes at my local gym.  In 2005 and 2007, I had my other children and I worked out all throughout my pregnancies. I felt great and had easy deliveries!

In 2010, I incorporated P90X into my workouts. I loved the strength training as I had primarily been doing cardio. I also became a Team Beachbody coach.  In 2012 I made the decision to turn my love of health and fitness into a career by helping others. I became a P90X certified instructor and began my NASM training. I would love to work with you and help you reach your goals!
